    Christmas temp at Sainsbury's on my 16th birthday. Summers behind a bar in Ayia Napa. Talking grans out of cancelling Sky Sports. Managing a Ladbrokes. I know what it's like to dread Monday.

    At 25 I finally went self-employed as a PT, something I'd wanted since I was 18. My clients, my schedule, my mates. I loved it.

    A spare room and a whiteboard

    Coaches kept asking to pick my brain. I started The Upgraded Coach on Zoom from the spare room, went on to fill rooms of 80 to 100 coaches, then started The MRR Agency.
